The best way I can describe the work is that I have my whole life been someone who does what I want when I wanted to do it. As a result, I would address things as they came up and they would end up piling up in different ways in my office until I would get fed up and then take eight hours to get on top of it. Of course once I did, I swore I would never get behind like that again but of course I did and that is how I would live my life.
In working with Teresa’s system I truly learned a way to have a place for everything and everything in its place. The key was to have a system to do this. Now I handle things as they come up, if I don’t handle them, I have a place to record what I want to do and things don’t get lost. It is the system that does this for me and it is one I can work.
There are side benefits also. When I come in to my office in the morning, it is clear and clean which gives me a sense of freedom, clarity and simply a good feeling for starting the day. It’s not just the feeling alone. I have spent some time studying what makes people effective from an energy point of view. I have come to the conclusion that by having my work space clean and clear, I am more available to take advantage of new opportunities that come my way and more easily flow with the day.
Was it worth the money? Absolutely without question.
